These Terms govern the use of the OEyachting website and mobile application operated by OPIEKUN ENERGETYCZNY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
1. The service
OEyachting provides yacht-related news, service information, marketplace listings, inquiries and messaging tools. Features may change, be suspended or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security reasons.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Marketplace and user content
Marketplace listings and messages may be submitted by users or service providers. The person submitting content is responsible for its accuracy, legality and rights to use it. OEyachting is a platform and is not a party to a transaction between users unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Do not publish misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive or fraudulent content. We may remove content or restrict an account when necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
4. Communication
Messaging is intended for communication connected with yacht offers and services. Do not use it for spam, harassment, impersonation, malicious links or other unlawful activity. Messages may be processed for delivery, security, moderation and support.
5. No financial or payment service
OEyachting currently does not provide payment processing, escrow, banking, lending or financial advice inside the application. Information about financing or insurance services is informational and does not constitute an offer or a financial recommendation.
6. Intellectual property
OEyachting branding, software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service only for its intended purpose and may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit it without permission.
7. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of third-party listings. Users should independently verify offers, providers, vessel details and transaction terms before relying on them.
8. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account through the application or by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of a serious breach, security risk, fraud or legal requirement.
