This Privacy Policy explains how OPIEKUN ENERGETYCZNY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ processes personal data when you use the OEyachting website and mobile application.

2. Data we process

  • Account and authentication data, such as email address, name and authentication provider.
  • Profile information and profile picture when you choose to add them.
  • Marketplace listings, saved offers, requests and service inquiries.
  • Messages and other content you send through the application.
  • Technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as logs, device and application information.

3. Why we use data

  • To create and operate your account.
  • To provide marketplace, messaging, news and yacht-service features.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims where necessary.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use selected service providers to operate OEyachting, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage infrastructure, and Google when you choose Google Sign-In. Providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data and the application currently does not display advertising.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Account-associated data is deleted or anonymised when an account deletion request is completed, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security and legal claims.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to production data is restricted and protected using authentication and access-control measures.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, email customer-support@oeyachting.com.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the application through the Account or Settings area. Instructions for users who cannot access the application are available on our Account Deletion page.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its updated date.
