You can permanently delete your OEyachting account and request deletion of the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open OEyachting and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
This action is permanent. Your account and associated account data cannot be restored after deletion is completed.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email from the address connected to your OEyachting account to customer-support@oeyachting.com with the subject OEyachting account deletion request. Include the email address used for the account. We may request reasonable information to verify the request.
What is deleted
- Your OEyachting account and authentication profile.
- Profile information and profile picture associated with the account.
- Saved offers, requests and other account-linked data where technically applicable.
Limited retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period when required by law, needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or protect the security of OEyachting. Where retention is required, the data is restricted and deleted when the applicable obligation ends.
